"West Wing" Ratings Week 16

""Cold Case," 8.0/13, kept CBS on top in households at 8 p.m., although the second hour of "EM: Home Edition" (7.6/12) had more total viewers. "The West Wing" kept NBC in third, beating "The Simpsons," 4.7/8, and a repeat of "The Loop," 3.3/5, on FOX. The WB went with a "Charmed" rerun, 1.3/2."

"At 8 p.m. ABC finished first with a 4.9 for its second hour of “Home Edition.” Fox moved to second with a 3.5 average for “The Simpsons” (4.0) and a repeat of “The Loop” (3.0), leaving CBS third with a 2.7 for “Cold Case,” NBC fourth with a 2.0 for “The West Wing” and WB fifth with a 0.9 for a repeat of “Charmed.”
