Like the other networks, NBC is offering some of its shows on Demand in select markets. CNN explains why "West Wing" isn't among them:
"And many of NBC's most popular shows, including "Law & Order," "The West Wing" and "ER" won't be immediately available because NBC does not own the video on-demand rights to those shows. "
