"Dan O'Donnell started doing extra work for Central Casting five years ago and wound up with a regular nonspeaking role as a civil adviser to the president on "The West Wing." "Every time they had a War Room scene, they called me," he says. As a member of SAG, Mr. O'Donnell makes $291.80 for eight hours of work, plus overtime."
