Richard Schiff leaving?

But West Wing's Richard Schiff blamed his overreacting studio. Schiff complained that his character is being "phased out" after a few episodes this season partly because studio owner Time Warner is a "corporate shadow (that's) constantly suppressing and regulating and watching over" the political drama and especially Schiff's role as communications director Toby, "who is somewhat conscience-driven and dynamic in his opinions. There is pressure to relieve himof his voice."
