"CBS moved into the lead at 8 p.m. with a strong showing from "Cold Case," 10.7/16. "EM: Home Edition" was second for ABC at 8.4/13, down more than a point from last week. "The Simpsons" and "The War at Home" averaged 5.4/8 for FOX, keeping NBC and "The West Wing" in fourth. "Charmed" posted a 2.4/4 for The WB."

Media Life:
"ABC took the lead at 8 p.m. with a 5.8 average for “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.” Fox was second with a 4.5 average for “The Simpsons” (4.9) and “The War At Home” (4.2) and CBS third with a 3.9 average for “Cold Case.” “The West Wing” averaged a 2.2 on NBC."

At the same time, Wednesday night is still not looking good for NBC - "The E-Ring" and "Martha Stewart's Apprentice" will be switching time slots in order to improve ratings for both.
