Martin Sheen to Play A Bishop ?

"Father Greeley was in Los Angeles last week, where he met with Martin Sheen, who plays President Josiah Bartlet on the long-running NBC drama "The West Wing." They talked about the possibility of the actor playing the lead in a proposed TV series based on Greeley's Blackie Ryan detective novels.

Fans of the priest/ novelist's books know that Ryan is a bishop/ sleuth with the uncanny ability to unravel complex patterns of evil."
