Interviews with Oliver Platt

From the Philadelphia Daily News:
"He also has a recurring role as the methodical White House counsel Oliver Babish on "The West Wing." (And yes - he sympathized with his real-life counterpart Harriet Miers when she was forced to withdraw her Supreme Court nomination last month. "I'm sure she's a strong enough woman to not let that be the thing that brands her in her life, but I think they should all be ashamed of themselves," he observed.)"

The Wichita Eagle has an interview with Oliver Platt, who plays White House counsel Oliver Babish on "West Wing", and is currently starring in the film "Ice Harvest".

Earlier, the Harvard Crimson interviewed the cast of that film, remarking:
"As they shuffle one-by-one into the Beverly Hills Four Seasons conference room, the four stars of “The Ice Harvest” reveal their personas—before they’ve even uttered a word.

Oliver Platt (“The West Wing”) makes the splashiest entrance, answering his cell phone (“It’s my agent”) and fussily heading to grab some water bottles from the courtesy table. Connie Nielsen (“Gladiator”), all business, makes a bee-line for her chair, though her presence hardly goes unnoticed by the score of mostly male college journalists around the room. Director Harold Ramis (“Caddyshack,” “Groundhog’s Day”) surveys the scene and remarks to no one in particular, “I want to sit at the middle of the table.”"
